I've been having a problem with my packabe digging into my shoulder a bit. I wear it with the strap attached to the side rings as a tote. I was wondering if there are any of the new padded straps for sale. I would love to just buy a new strap so I could be comfy! Please!

We hadn't planned on selling straps, but somehow we always find a way to make things like this work out. Several people have needed new changing pads after losing theirs and we're more than happy to oblige if we can make it happen.
