Have you tried calling them? While not an excuse, maybe your email has just gotten lost in all the email requests about shipments. I know at work that if an email gets past the top of my screen (I get so many subsequent emails that the original email is no longer on the screen with the newer emails, I have to scroll to see it) I completely forget about it!

Please try again if that was the info they requested or pm Rachelle if you need further advice. I'm confident this will be handled. Like always!

i did try again. She just said someone will be getting back to me...that was a week ago. And they did receive my e-mails, she did confirm that. I just haven't heard back from them like she said I would. I'm grateful they got me a set, however if they knew it was flawed I wished they would've asked if that was ok w/ a partial refund or just not send it at all. All together, it has missing bling, has black goop on the med set right under the JJB tag, has a small rust spot on the same zipper that's missing the bling, and the med zipper has a crusty goop on it. I just wonder if it was noticed at all and if so why they would ship something like that and hope I don't notice.

Why don't you try emailing Kristin? I know she's superdy-dooper at taking care of us! It also helps if you can email them photos, if you didn't do that yet.

They are probably just swamped with emails- they'll get back to you. Did you check your spam folder?

I'm not sure how to e-mail the head honcho's I really didn't want to bother them, I know they're super busy w/ all this. I'm so grateful I got one, but I'm a little dissappointed I got one in rough condition. I can live w/ it, but not for paying full price for it because I could never earn that back if I had to sell it for some reason. And I did send them pics of 2 of the flaws. I noticed the other 2 flaws after I had sent them but mentioned it when I called back to follow up. I still LOVE JJB and will continue to sign over my paychecks each month . I just want to know if I'm out of luck or if it can be happily resolved. And I do know they'd never do that on purpose, I know they love us.

But I think it's still better to go that route to get your issues resolved, yk? They cannot read every single thread in here to see you're waiting.

Yeah, i don't think they can get to these kinds of threads. I just PMd you. I know Kristin has posted in here that she's always happy to help us with quality issues and has asked to have photos sent to her with problems.

And I didn't expect them to get back to me in here, more like I thought I had contacted the ppl I was supposed to and didn't know whom else to try. But I got the info thanks to a super nice PL We'll see what happens. And BTW: DD Sets should SO not be d/c...they are SO pretty!

I'd PM Rachelle too. She's amazingly helpful with stuff like this. Hope you get it figured out!

I'm very sorry about that and that you are feeling ignored...there are about 4 times a year when things are super crazy at our warehouse and with customer service. I'm sure we can give you a refund if you bought it at shopjujube and they will contact you and give you an RMA number...please send me the email and I will forward it to them again...rachelle@ ju-ju-be.com
