The Best Shredded Beef Au Jus Ever!!

 The Best Shredded Beef Au Jus Ever!!5 minutes of prep gives you the best sandwiches for dinner. My family cannot get enough of these sandwiches. DS1 even takes them to school with a thermos of au jus.
 3-4 lbs chuck roast cut into large strips/chunks (you can leave it whole if you want) 1 Tbsp minced garlic 1 Tbsp dried rosemary 3 bay leaves 2/3 cup soy sauce (I use reduced sodium) 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 6 cups water 1. Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-10 hours 2. Before serving, remove meat and shred. 3.
