I bought a PL keychain from Heather. She was so patient and understanding as it got destroyed in the mail, not once, but twice! She quickly sent out a replacement each time, and sent the 3rd one in a padded envelope so it would arrive safely. Third time was a charm, thank goodness, and it finally made its way to me today.
