I bought a BB Tween from lorianne on Feb. 1 and was originally told it would ship Feb. 3. Nothing showed up in my paypal account with any shipping info until Feb. 7. No contact from her. I emailed her on Wed. Feb 9 about it and she had just barely dropped it off at the post office. It got here today, Mon. Feb. 14, 2 weeks after sending payment. Plus the CP was missing from it I like lorrianne, she is very nice, but shipping was very, very slow and communication could have been better. I understand we are all moms and many things come up all the time but there was no contact from her during this time only when I had contacted her did she respond. I might consider b/s/t with her again, but when it was never comm. with me before hand or at any time during the transaction about holdups that got me worried The tween was in EEUC and that is awesome to recieve something that was described correctly, when others I have bought from were VERY "off" with the description So I am completely satisfied with it! Thank you, lorianne. Hopefully communication will get better!
