I've found this too - I had a hell of chase about the houses to get a refund that was due. Plus the £4.95 postage on a smaller item makes it prohibitive.

That Cute Age are a fab fab fab company, they do free postage on orders over £15 and delivery very quickly. They have as good a stock of JJB in the UK as I've seen anywhere though that's still pretty limited compared to LD&D for instance.

There's no customs charges for buying stuff within the EU, though VAT is a different matter. It hadn't occurred to me to look at EU websites before, so thanks for the heads up, am off for a browse now
